My 7-night stay at Amnaya Resort Nusa Dua showcased the best of hospitality. The hotel's charm is matched by its attentive and friendly staff. A heartfelt thanks to Manik for her standout service that made our dining experiences delightful. However, the resort's location is less than ideal. Situated in a crowded and untidy part of Nusa Dua, it lacks tourist-friendly activities nearby. We found ourselves relying on Grab for outings. Was amazing stays, they upgraded us to junior room for free. Cleaning was spotless, friendly staff, great location and best food quality in Bali for sure (Sükun restaurant) no wonder they got award wining. Know how to make cocktails. Definitely will comeback . This was the best experience that I've ever had at a hotel. The staff were aware that it was my husband's birthday and gave us a free upgrade to a suite, put out birthday decorations, and came to the room to sing happy birthday and give him a slice of cake! Even without those things, it still would have been exceptional. The rooms are so nice and so clean, the spa is amazing, the food in the restaurant is delicious. I'm so grateful to the staff, I didn't catch all of their names [...]This was the best experience that I've ever had at a hotel.
