For starters, we can choose between octopus carpaccio with lemon olive oil and green tapenade, and large crispy prawns with guacamole and sea urchin coral. The main course: perhaps the seafood with Quai de Meudon-style quenelles, lobster sauce and pilaf rice, or the land with beef cheek galette with Burgundy wine, split pea purée and mesclun salad. After a slice of Comté cheese, we round off this feast with oven-roasted apple, tuile and salted butter caramel ice cream.
