Born from a desire to offer different Asian cuisines as its name suggests, PANASIA has been creating a menu since 2010 merging the most emblematic dishes from the great cuisines of the Far East: Chinese hotpots, Japanese Sushi, Korean Bibimbap, Bo Vietnamese Bun, Thai Tom Yam, Cambodian Lok Lak, Indonesian Nasigoreng... It's a pan-Asian fusion cuisine. PANASIA erases the boundaries between tastes, and allows the taste buds to go from wasabi to curry, from lemongrass to cinnamon, from kikkoman to Nuoc-mâm, from sweet and sour to salt and pepper. PANASIA thus brings together all lovers of Asian cuisine around the same table, with varied and diverse choices. It’s a culinary journey through Asia, over the course of a meal.
