In this small family hotel, bed and breakfast style, a versatile team welcomes you. Here you will find serenity, like in a country cottage. In a calm environment, Émilie and her team welcome travelers from all over the world. Here, you travel back in time, a former farm that welcomed refugees during the World War, it fell asleep in the 1970s to wake up in 2001, completely renovated to welcome both professional and tourist visitors. You are in an old stately house dating from the 15th century which belonged for some time to René Descartes. In this elegant 3-star hotel, the tufa stones give the building the charm of Poitevin houses and its 15th century square dovecote has remained almost intact. The decoration designed by the Thiollet family is cozy and modern. Enjoy the calm of the countryside, and welcome comfort after a day of work, a day of driving or a day of walks exploring the surrounding tourist sites. A lobby with comfortable armchairs, a bar, next to our Gaveau piano or our south-west facing terrace will definitely please you for a drink or to relax. Immerse yourself in the past, while enjoying the calm of the countryside, quality hotel services and beautiful discoveries of Vienne, between nature and heritage.

A large vegetable garden, surrounding fields, a pond in the distance, flowers everywhere, clean and comfortable rooms, a local cook who really delights us... Really great hotel, we would have liked to have stayed longer... Great welcome and staff, well-maintained building and a privileged, quiet setting. The premium room for 2 adults and 1 child is very spacious and tastefully decorated. We had a courtesy tray with tea and coffee machine available. The breakfast was really good with local products.
