The establishment has a room dedicated to the completely renovated gourmet restaurant, with its summer terrace, as well as an independent reception room managed by our dedicated catering team.
Aware of the new issues and challenges in the sector, we strive to develop a more sustainable and responsible restaurant. Our culinary approach goes hand in hand with a rigorous selection of producers, whether they are breeders, market gardeners, or wine growers.
In this sense, we favor seasonal products, which are also local, from a short supply chain. For example, our poultry is raised on a farm in the Ile-de-France region, as are our aromatic herbs and some of our vegetables. Furthermore, all of our creamery (milk, cream, eggs) is 100% of French origin.
Finally, at the end of the chain, we take part in the circular economy, by recycling all of our used oils, notably for biofuels.
