Welcome to the Seigneurie d'Alleray.

We are Audrey and Thomas de Lussac, and we are delighted to welcome couples from around the world to our family estate in the heart of the beautiful Perche countryside, just 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris.

The Seigneurie d'Alleray is much more than a wedding venue. It is a place with a story, a soul and a family. Our estate has belonged to our family for more than 200 years and is centred around a charming 15th and 16th-century manor, surrounded by roman ancient moats, centuries-old trees and peaceful countryside.

In 2006, we decided to undertake an ambitious mission: to restore and preserve this exceptional heritage for future generations. Thanks to the support of the Mission Bern and the Fondation du Patrimoine, this remarkable estate is gradually being brought back to life. Every wedding celebrated here contributes to this ongoing restoration and becomes part of its history.

Since opening our doors in 2006, we have had the privilege of hosting more than 500 weddings. Over the years, what has become our greatest strength is not only the beauty of the venue, but the relationship we build with every couple. We personally welcome you, guide you throughout the planning process and remain by your side until the last guest leaves. Many couples tell us that they felt more like guests of friends than clients.

We believe every wedding should reflect the personalities and dreams of the couple celebrating it. Whether you are planning an elegant black-tie celebration, a romantic garden ceremony, a relaxed weekend with family and friends or a destination wedding in the French countryside, we will help you create a day that truly feels like your own.

One of the unique advantages of Alleray is that your celebration doesn't have to end after dinner. We offer exclusive hire from Thursday to Sunday (or longer if you wish), allowing you to truly enjoy a wedding weekend rather than just a single day. With accommodation for up to 46 guests on the estate, your closest family and friends can stay together and share precious moments before and after the celebration in complete privacy.

The estate offers elegant reception rooms, beautiful gardens, romantic outdoor spaces and the peaceful atmosphere of the Perche Natural Park. Everything is exclusively yours during your wedding, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the venue at your own pace.
