Whether you are planning a wedding, a birthday, a country getaway, a seminar or a corporate party, La Margottière offers you two unique spaces: the large Pavillon des Moissons and the more intimate Pavillon des Semailles .
Located in a recently renovated historic setting, this bucolic property will captivate you with its romantic and authentic ambiance, perfect for your happiest moments. We strive to make every event an unforgettable memory, offering a wide range of external services, including caterers, DJs and entertainers, florists, photographers, and decorators.
The Pavillon des Moissons is a former sheepfold dating back to the 17th century. Recently carefully restored, this room retains its authenticity and rustic charm, while offering an elegant and refined setting. The combination of its exposed stone walls and majestic roof structure creates a rustic yet romantic ambiance, ideal for memorable receptions. You can welcome your guests in a 150 m² room, complemented by a 120 m² semi-open terrace, which offers additional space for your guests.
For your wedding, we provide rectangular tables and chairs, and we take care of the dishes and tablecloths with the caterer. Florists and decorators will intervene to beautify the Pavillon des Moissons , creating a tailor-made atmosphere. In addition, we offer additional rental options, such as chair covers, round tables, marquees, a cold room, a cleaning package, high tables and wrought iron outdoor tables and chairs.
Whether you choose the Pavillon des Moissons for its grandeur and character or the Pavillon des Semailles for its more intimate atmosphere, every moment of your event will be imbued with charm and authenticity in this enchanting location.

Once you pass through the gate, you find a very pleasant and peaceful setting (about an hour from Paris). It has been beautifully renovated and offers excellent amenities. Both the estate and the service provided by the owner are perfect in every way. What a relief not to have to worry about the organization at the reception venue! Meddhi manages the arrival and set-up of the service providers and is careful not to contact the bride and groom except in an emergency. Kindness and availability are two highly appreciated qualities.We rented the "La Margottière" estate for our wedding and we are delighted.
