Excerpt from rates, regulations & T&Cs A place for you Event room open 7 days a week 1 - Rates (as of 01/01/2025): - "Brunch" rental 1 evening during the week (company, retirement, baby shower) from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. (Monday to Thursday): €300 (VAT included) - "Classy weekend" rental (birthday, cousin reunion, etc.): €630_2025 or €670_2026 (Saturday 8 a.m. to Sunday 6 p.m.) - "Chic & country weekend" rental: (wedding, event, etc.): €890_2025 or €930_2026 (Included in "Chic & country weekend": extended access from Friday 4 p.m. (or before) until Monday morning + cleaning of the reception room + "right of marquee" authorization for installing a marquee included (Barnum, tent, pagoda approved standard NV65 + CTS and fire M2). Marquee authorization surface > 50m² with request to the town hall and mandatory safety register. Other: - additional contiguous day: 150 € / day_2025 or 165 € / day_2026 - Other rental (on estimate) Deposit: 600 € room deposit + 80 € cleaning deposit before the keys are handed over (not cashed and returned at the end of the rental on the departure inventory deemed identical to that of entry). Full payment and signature of the contract no later than 20 days before the event including payment of a deposit of 30% of the rental amount upon reservation (mandatory to validate the reservation) to Entreprise GALZIN (E.I.) registered in the Trade and Companies Register as well as in the Trades Register. VAT 20% is included and recoverable, offers are valid for 1 month. 2 - Included: - access to the event room (large room), access to toilets, access to the food preparation area (2 professional sinks, hot holding glass oven 3 GN, 1 cold room (3°C positive) 1200 liters, 1 beverage refrigerator (10°), 2 stainless steel tables 70x140cm, a stainless steel service trolley. - Outdoor secular ceremony space - charges: water + electricity + heating/air conditioning - 25-space parking - Outdoor "wine of honor" area on the field side with gravelled courtyard and green space.
