The attentiveness, rigor, kindness and professionalism of the Beau Rivage team led by Ludivine contributed to the success of this unforgettable evening. Everything was perfect: the welcome of our guests, the meal and its service, the cleanliness and beauty of the rooms, until breakfast the next morning. A big thank you to all the staff of this beautiful establishment. A big thank you also to his team and THE CHEF! Very professional, attentive to our needs, very welcoming, kind, responsive, she knew how to make this event a magical moment! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. The reserved space with its dance floor, the tables set up, beautifully flowered and the chairs dressed in white and pink bows..... We were able to taste the dishes accompanied by wines, succulent, with impeccable presentation. Our guests were delighted. BRAVO and A THOUSAND THANKS for this important moment! Despite Covid and the unstable health situation, Ludivine managed all the logistics extraordinarily. She was our link with the hotel, guiding us through the preparations and doing everything possible to make our day special. All the hotel staff took great care and they all made sure that everything went perfectly with great kindness. What is very practical with the hotel is that everything is turnkey: the caterer (excellent hotel restaurant, sommelier for food and wine pairings), venue for the secular ceremony, possibility of privatizing the hotel and have guests sleep there…for a price that is no more excessive than elsewhere. We don't regret every penny spent in the hotel. In addition, the venue is magnificent (reception room) and we were even able to have the ceremony in the hotel garden facing the lake. The staff was perfect. Whether for the general organization, the service, in the kitchen, the staff taking care of the rooms, they all bent over backwards to take care of us and all this with a smile and in a warm atmosphere. We feel like a united team that takes pleasure in making people happy. They go so far as to organize lantern releases to add magic to the event and take charge of the entire organization. We also followed their recommendations for additional service providers and were not disappointed.
