- TTaylor13/11/2024A Perfect Venue! A Perfect Venue!We recently had our wedding at La Croix des Champs on Lake Annecy, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. We are from New York and do not speak French, but the transition from working with Julie to Lea, the property manager, was seamless. Lea's English was excellent, and she made everything so easy. She was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the entire planning process and even allowed us to drop off our things early, which was a huge help. The venue itself is stunning! It was the perfect setting for our intimate 37-person wedding. We had 25 people stay on-site comfortably, including our immediate family and bridal party, which made the experience even more special. The intimate, homey feel of the property allowed us to enjoy quality time together, and the breathtaking views were simply unforgettable. Although it rained on our first night, we were grateful for the option to move inside, and the space accommodated everyone comfortably. Overall, the venue was beautiful, and our wedding was everything we hoped for and more. Thank you to the entire La Croix des Champs team for helping to make our day so perfect! The location is just magical between the lake and the mountains, but the estate is also perfectly equipped to host all the events around a wedding - between the gardens for the secular ceremony and the reception, the reception room for dinner, and accommodation for family and friends, everything was just perfect! The team is accommodating, reliable, and kind... it was just a pleasure to work with them! They have very good advice and know the little details necessary for the smooth running of all events and remain attentive throughout the planning, during, and even after! Their knowledge of the service providers in the region helped us a lot too. As much on the follow-up, as on the reception, the presentation of the places and all the things that revolve around the organization of a wedding. Bravo and Thank you to them. Concerning the place, it is a very beautiful old wine house. No need for too massive decoration when you get married here: an incredible view of the lake, Mont Veyrier, it is rather pretty as decoration :) We spent 3 days (Friday with family, Saturday wedding and Sunday brunch) with the nights for 25 people from Friday to Sunday, and we all loved this place. The rooms are comfortable and spacious (++++ for the bedding), the dining rooms / living room and kitchen of the living space are also very good. In short, La Croix des Champs is in some way the security of having a beautiful wedding venue, with competent people for monitoring and organization, in an idyllic setting.First received by Julie, we then collaborated with Naïta for the rest of the things.
