The Courfleurie gîte, with its two large capacity rooms (from 60 to 250 people), is the ideal place to host your receptions: weddings, birthdays, baptisms, communions, family reunions, seminars, etc.
Located between Malicorne and La Flèche on the D12, the cottage is easy to find and quick to access: 40 minutes from Le Mans city center, 14 minutes from La Flèche, 25 minutes from Sablé-sur-Sarthe.
Its large landscaped grounds, located in the countryside with no nearby housing, and its enclosed parking space allow you to receive your guests in a green setting in complete peace and quiet and without risk of nuisance to the neighborhood.
Beyond its two large rooms, the cottage offers 54 beds on the site, distributed in different rooms and bungalows. In addition, the Courfleurie complex is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

A very warm welcome allows us to feel at ease with the owners. The reception on the terrace surrounded by lush vegetation, the meal on the multi-faceted illuminated chessboard and the advantage that many can sleep on site, all this makes for an exceptional memory.Courfleurie is an exceptional place.
