Very nice establishment with attentive staff despite a sometimes difficult and eternally dissatisfied clientele! The SPA is superb, the water is hot and the wellness area is very clean and maintained. Our room, called a family chalet with a mezzanine and a balcony with a view of the snow front, was spacious (a kettle was available as well as water and toiletries including bathrobes and slippers). Superb atmosphere in the hotel, top decorations, clean and beautiful room with a large comfortable bed! The relaxation area with spa and swimming pool is superb, a great time spent there. It was truly magical ✨ It was truly magical ✨
We had an incredible stay, it was truly magical ✨ a very classy winter decoration, all in wood, and carpet! The restaurant was also really great, the staff throughout the establishment were really very friendly… the breakfast was a delight with lots of sweet and savory flavor 🥰 and we were able to hike the horseshoe cirque (35 minutes from the hotel) really great stay thank you 🙏🏻We had an incredible stay, it was truly magical ✨ a very classy winter decoration, all in wood, and carpet! A magnificent place! The rooms are magnificent. Suites that are spacious and carefully decorated. The restaurant is perfect for all your receptions, your brunches, a small wedding...etc. Swimming pool and Spa of high quality and spacious as well. In the heart of the mountains and at the edge of the slopes, this place is perfect for spending an excellent vacation!
