What was a reception like at Soutard in the 18th century? When carrying out the major renovation of the estate, we always kept this question in mind. In the chartreuse, in the gardens, in each of the spaces, we were guided by the desire to amaze.

Besides the inevitable beauty of the castle and the kindness of the staff, we spent a real quality time in a sublime place. Thanks to our guide who was great, everything was perfect: modern place with a real soul, maintained, clear explanations, complete visit and tasting in the cellars!!
