We leave the catering to the couples' chosen providers, as every wedding has its own tastes. However, many couples appreciate a simple and authentic appetizer, often accompanied by a glass of local wine, in keeping with the spirit of the estate's vineyard.

The local classic: a pairing of a wine from the estate (or a Nantes wine) accompanied by a dessert or regional sweet; a nod to the wine-growing setting and the history of the estate.
