Description

Château de Craon is a magnificent 18th-century château inspired by Marie Antoinette's Trianon. This historic site is in a class of its own, a veritable fairytale castle. Known as the “Little Versailles” of the Mayenne region, nestled in a 47-hectare green setting, it's an idyllic place to celebrate your wedding.

Spaces and capacities

All areas are available for you to use on your wedding day.

Cocktails can be held in front of the château or, if the weather is too hot, in the shade of the linden trees in the formal garden. And if, unfortunately, the weather is temperamental or a little chilly (in mid-season or winter), you can welcome your guests in the prestigious château salons.

For a more chic, country feel, two large, sheltered areas opposite the stables are also available for cocktails, wedding ceremonies, brunches...

In the château's large stables, sit-down dinners for up to 300 guests in 2 connecting rooms. Exposed beams and stonework, cathedral ceilings, 18th-century framework.

No time limit.

Free choice of caterer.

Accommodation: over 55 people can be accommodated on site at Château de Craon in the chambres d'hôtes and 4 gîtes. Other accommodation in the town of Craon is also within walking distance of the château, including a small hotel just across the road.
