The castle, adjacent to the municipal square of the village of the same name which derives from that of the Roman goddess Alemona. In its green setting, it remains one of the rare representative specimens of the Louis XII style, and one of the most beautiful and best preserved in Haute-Provence.
Originally built by the Castellane family (1218-1718), it was the home of the Varages (1718-1839), then the Ripert-Montclar (1839-1936). It housed a summer camp (1946-1970) before being taken over by private owners.
Nowadays, it is inhabited all year round and its owners will be happy to welcome you.
Measuring 123 m², this room and its unique collection of Monaco ceramics is available for weddings, conferences, seminars, receptions, concerts, etc.
