In the exceptional setting of the Palais grounds, celebrate one of the happiest days of your life. We support you in its organization and offer a tailor-made offer. Our restaurant is ideal for weddings bringing together up to 70 guests at the table. In the heart of the Roman walls of the Bishops' Palace, a gourmet restaurant to celebrate your wedding. On the terrace or in the gardens, more than 300 people will be able to happily participate in your wedding cocktail. In the shade of the century-old magnolia and huge parasols, facing one of the most beautiful views of Couserans, refreshing cocktails, assortments of verrines or refined appetizers will be served. Your guests can be accommodated on site in the apartments of the Tourist Residence “Le Domaine du Palais des Evêques”.

We were there for a wedding, first of all the setting is exceptional, the reception wine is original and very pleasant and even the lack of shade during a beautiful heatwave was not a problem, the cocktail on the terrace was sublime local products, original without being extravagant, delicious, the magical dining room with its cloud chandelier, the 7 o'clock lamb a real marvel, the only downside was the cake was too small, I would have liked another cabbage. ....
