A NEPITA: This is the name of wild marjoram, the most fragrant aromatic herb of the Corsican maquis, close to mint and oregano. We provide you with fine recipes based on local products. All our dishes are lovingly prepared using carefully selected ingredients. We welcome you from Tuesday to Friday noon, and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. Simon ANDREWS is the chef of the A NEPITA restaurant. He concocts a unique menu every day according to the market and the seasons. He works with his wife Roberta, who takes care of the service and can advise you in choosing the wines best suited to the dishes on the menu. Our chef offers you fresh and tasty cuisine: we promise you a great gourmet stopover. Former chef of Palm Beach, in Ajaccio, where he obtained his first star in 2010. Let yourself be tempted by our typical dishes! For your various events, we offer the privatization of our restaurant for 18 people max.
