Hotel Casa Canabal by Faranda Boutique

Stayed at this hotel for my birthday with my girl. The location was perfect, close to all types of restaurants and beautiful things to look at. Walking distance to their historical districts as well as a park. The hotel itself was beautiful, the service was immaculate especially from one Senor Alonso. His professionalism, his attentiveness, knowledge, and overall customer service was very much appreciated.

Attentive staff, very clean and well decorated. Modern, yet fits in with the vintage feel of the area. Centrally located and yet with all the amenities you would expect from a larger and newer constructed monolithic corporate hotel. If you want to experience the real Cartagena then stay here. Five Stars!

This hotel is the definition of hospitality. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. Lets start with the staff... simply amazing! So friendly, so helpful, so kind. They went above and beyond to help me set up a surprise for my friends birthday and order a cake. Rosemia was our all star who was there to help at every turn, but the entire team was just amazing from check-in to post check out. The hotel itself is beautiful.

The service is impeccable. They offered a welcome drink and a cold towel. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, especially our receptionist, Karen. The hotel is on a busy street, but the minute you enter, you're transported to a tranquil space. It has the soothing smell of a spa. The room is quite spacious with robes and a mini fridge!

Had a great time when I visited last week. The hotel smells like a spa, the pool on the roof was great to beat the heat, and the place was well attended 24/7. The breakfast selection was decent to get your day started and the hotel let us use their pedal bikes to explore the city. Thank you all so much!
