a paradise!!!! a paradise!!!!
The staff in this place was great. They're always welling to help and very friendly. The hotel it self is clean, spacious, the view from my room (1911) was beautiful. Highly recommend if you coming to Cartagena as well as Baru Decameron, a paradise!!!!The staff in this place was great. They're always welling to help and very friendly. everything is so good, everything is so good,
I stayed 10 nights, everything is so good, safe and clean. Everybody was so nice and the experiences with the tour are great. I would come back. Bocagrande is a safe place to stay. This was a great stay.This was a great stay.
This was a great stay. There was a great pool and plenty of activities. Our neighbours were loud at night, but that isn't the hotels fault. We took advantage of the all inclusive which REALLY WAS all inclusive and the food was excellent, I was shocked. Friendly desk staff, great housekeeping and bar staff. Even though it is all inclusive, please tip the wait staff, bar staff and housekeeping. A little goes a long way, we were treated like kings.This was a great stay. There was a great pool and plenty of activities. Our neighbours were loud at night, but that isn't the hotels fault. For the value, the hotel was great. The hotel appears to be upgrading rooms to a new concept. The staff was great and was very helpful if there were any issues. The security was top-notch and managed the door to only allow guests with rooms. The food was ok. The steak restaurant on site was great and the Italian restaurant was good.
