I had an excellent experience at the Versante. My room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom was beautiful. Best of all the staff are wonderful. I asked for assistance a few times and they were very kind and helpful. I had an excellent experience at the Versante. My room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom was beautiful. Stayed here with my husband & 2y/o son last Sept and had such a nice stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The service was wonderful and I absolutely enjoyed every meal at the Bruno. Surprised by the room, very clean Surprised by the room, very clean
Was pleasantly surprised by the room that I got very clean well put together room And everything looked brand new. Big walk and shower with a soaker tub dual vanity sink all separated from main bedroom area with king size bed,much better hotel than the virgin hotel I stayed in New York. Out door pool and hot tub on the sixth floor, pool was nice and warm to swim in and hot tub was nice and hot. I didn’t think much of the food in the Restaurant at the hotel.Was pleasantly surprised by the room that I got very clean well put together room And everything looked brand new. Excellent staff - friendly, helpful and courteous. Easy courtesy shuttle to and from the airport in just a few minutes and the rooms are delightful. Spacious, clean, comfortable and excellent temperature control with a beautiful bathroom and lots of little extra touches. Don't miss out on using the wonderful rooftop pool and hot tub - a highlight! Excellent staff - friendly, helpful and courteous. Easy courtesy shuttle to and from the airport in just a few minutes and the rooms are delightful. Spacious, clean, comfortable and excellent temperature control with a beautiful bathroom and lots of little extra touches. Booked this hotel during my stay in Vancouver and I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel! I am very picky with it comes to a clean a hotel and this one surpasses my expectation. I travelled with my one year and they were super nice to offer a playpen and a blanket for her. The two queen beds were comfortable and room was spacious. They made my stay in Canada more memorable and comfortable.
