Thunderbird Farm features two beautifully restored barns and expansive outdoor areas ideal for ceremonies, receptions, and weekend retreats.
Our main event barn offers soaring ceilings, sparkling string lights, and flexible layouts—perfect for intimate celebrations or larger weddings up to 130 guests. The carriage house serves as a stylish space for getting ready, cocktail hour, or cozy gatherings. Outdoor ceremony areas are surrounded by scenic views and golden fields, creating breathtaking backdrops for your vows and photos.

🕊️ The Farmhouse Elopement
$2,500 | Up to 20 guests | 4-hour experience
A simple, soulful celebration surrounded by nature. Includes ceremony décor, champagne toast, access to the carriage house, and use of the farm for photos. Optional add-ons: overnight stay, photography, officiant, or post-ceremony charcuterie & s’mores.
🌸 The Intimate Gathering
$7,000 | Up to 50 guests | 1-day venue access
A cozy, charming celebration with all the essentials. Includes tables, chairs, linens, décor, venue coordination, rehearsal, and use of the getting-ready spaces, ceremony and cocktail area, and large reception barn. Optional upgrades: overnight stay ($995/night), Soula Day-of Coordination ($1,000), and/or Brooks Photography ($3,000).

$9,500 | Up to 130 guests | 2-day venue access + 1-night stay
Our most-loved package for couples wanting extra time to relax and celebrate. Includes one overnight stay, Soula Day-of Coordination, décor setup and takedown, tables, chairs, linens, full venue access, and private use of the property. A perfect balance of simplicity and celebration.
✨ The Luxe Weekend
$13,000 | Up to 130 guests | 3-day experience + 2-night stay
A full wedding weekend at Thunderbird Farm—time to slow down, gather, and connect. Includes two overnight stays, coordination by Soula, full décor setup and takedown, Brooks Photography, bartending service, and complete private access to the property. Unhurried, unforgettable, and entirely yours.
All packages include access to both barns, outdoor ceremony areas, cocktail spaces, lawn games, and curated décor elements like vintage vases, linen runners, fairy lights, and candles. Couples may bring their own caterers or food for smaller events, or choose from preferred local vendors. The venue is BYOB-friendly, dog-friendly, and offers ample on-site parking.

The house and property were stunning and my whole family said why didn’t you just get married here! Laurie was a wonderful host and gave us clear instructions for everything. We even got to enjoy the animals and took lots of photos. I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group. There was plenty of room for everyone! The best weddings at Thunderbird Farm are the ones where couples and their families feel completely at home. That’s what we focus on—making everyone feel welcome, cared for, and supported. We bring several years of hospitality experience to ensure everything runs smoothly, with attention to detail and a friendly, organized approach.
Even though we’re a newer venue, the weddings we’ve hosted so far have been truly special. One of our favorite moments is seeing couples relax and enjoy the farm—whether that’s taking photos with our alpacas and goats, playing lawn games with their guests, or dancing under the lights in the barn. Those little touches of joy and connection are what make each wedding unforgettable.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Stay true to yourselves. It’s easy to get caught up in trends and expectations, but the best weddings reflect the couple’s story, values, and style. Focus on what matters most to you, and everything else will fall into place.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
We love when couples add details that really tell their story. One of our favorites was when table numbers doubled as photos of the couple at each age, along with a fun fact about them—it was such a unique and personal way to share their journey with guests. Plus, we love when couples include their furry friends!

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
t’s hard to choose just one! The farm animals are always a hit, but couples also love the barn doors, the outdoor ceremony space, and the golden-hour fields for dreamy sunset shots.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Not yet—but our alpacas and goats are farm-famous and tend to steal the spotlight in wedding photos!
What’s your favourite canapé?
Anything fresh and seasonal—especially local cheeses and charcuterie with a farm-to-table touch. Simple, delicious, and always a crowd-pleaser.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Wood-fired pizza or classic s’mores by a fire pit. Guests love something cozy and fun to snack on before heading home (or to bed in the farmhouse).
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Our mix of rustic barns, wide-open outdoor spaces, and friendly farm animals. There aren’t many places where you can celebrate your vows and then take photos with alpacas
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Creating a space where couples and their families feel genuinely welcome. Thunderbird Farm is Indigenous-owned and family-run, and every wedding here is treated with the same care and thoughtfulness as if it were for our own loved ones.
