Nestled on 40 acres of land full of spruce trees, our venue offers a secluded ceremony area and multiple outdoor fire pits for you and your guests to enjoy.
On your special day, the bride and her bridesmaids will have access to a private bridal suite inside the house for preparation. Our shuttle service by preferred vendors ensures that your guests can relax and enjoy the festivities without worrying about transportation.
Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the International Airport, The Whitewood Barn is near various hotels, a new mall, and Costco, making it a one-stop shop for all your wedding needs. From the ceremony to the reception, pictures, and rehearsal dinner, we have everything you need to create unforgettable memories.

What is venue capacity?
The Whitewood Barn comfortably hosts up to 200 guests (full capacity) in our barn, 120-180 is the sweet spot, with additional outdoor space for gatherings under the covered Ramada.
Is there availability for winter months?
Yes, The Whitewood Barn is open year-round! Our venue is equipped with heating, ensuring a cozy and inviting space even in the winter months.
What types of events can you host?
We welcome a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, family reunions, celebrations of life, and more. Contact us for details on how we can tailor the space to your occasion.
What's included in your bar service?
Our full-service bar includes trained bartenders from our preferred vendor, and we handle the liquor license so you can enjoy your event worry-free. Bar options can be customized to suit your celebration.
How long will we have access to the venue?
Bride has access to the bridal suite at 9am. Barn at 10am. 1am Venue doors are locked.
Is camping or overnight parking available?
We offer a dry camping area, weather permitting, for those wishing to stay overnight. Please inquire for specific details and availability.
Can we bring our own vendors?
No worries! While we have a preferred vendor list with some of the best vendors, we understand you may have vendors that you would like to work with.
Do you have an in-house caterer?
We do! Our in-house service provides an extensive menu and is all inclusive of all tableware and glassware.
May we bring in our own caterer?
Yes! They must be approved through The Whitewood Barn.
