This century-old Vaudeville theatre, the oldest in Alberta, underwent extensive renovations and was transformed into a state-of-the-art 396-seat multi-function facility in 2011. The performance area of the theatre has been restored to its original glory and can serve as a unique, historic, and memorable location for your wedding ceremony or reception.The Bailey Theatre boasts an intimate stage with historic brick wall feature, as well as state-of-the-art lighting, sound and rigging options. Main floor seating can be arranged to accommodate standard theatre seating or configured for dining. The gracefully curved balcony adds an additional five rows of fixed seating.Facilities and capacity- The auditorium main floor can host up to 144 with standard banquet seating for a reception or 250+ for theatre style ceremonies
- The lower level is included with rental and includes washrooms, 2 private dressing rooms, 2 shared dressing rooms, and a green room.
- There is a rehearsal hall which can be booked for other purposes (ie. wedding rehearsal space, childrens' room, sensory room, etc.)

CateringThe Bailey Theatre does not directly provide catering services. You will be required to source your own catering. As a note, there is a lease within the building called The Spotlight Bistro which is ran and operated by local business Prairie Oven Catering. To reach Prairie Oven Catering, you can find them at https://www.facebook.com/prairieovencatering/Any event with catering incurs a $365 fee that includes access to the kitchen, in-house table cloths, and basic place settings for up to 144 attendees.BarTo include alcohol service, you will need to provide your own special event liquor license and stock. A $5 corkage fee per attendee will include glassware, ice, mix, and up to two bartenders.
