Due to difficult circumstances on our end, they didn't hesitate to upgrade our room at no extra charge and were happy to do anything they could to make us more comfortable. Considering the fact that we paid the same for an absolutely exquisite room in a beautiful hotel as we would have at your average run of the mill place, we are extremely happy and will definitely return and recommend to others. Also, we ate in the restaurant and it was perfect...The staff are well trained and considerate. From the start,communication with the banquet manager Stacey was a total Breeze. Upon our arrival the banquet staff had the room ready to go and were nothing short of amazing. The customer service, attention to detail and overall positive attitude was exceptional. Staying as a guest the rooms were comfortable, and the food is always so so good!
