Our expert team will handle every detail, from setting up your tablescape with precision to seamlessly incorporating any personal décor pieces you bring. At the end of the night, we’ll take care of the cleanup, so you can focus on celebrating and making memories. The intimate and All-inclusive packages also comes with two consult visits, tables, chairs, ceremony set up, sound system at ceremony and reception spaces, two getting ready spaces, cocktail area, firepit, water fountains, two bar locations, and numerous photo spots including in a row boat on our large U-shaped pond.

You can rent charger plates, vintage china, a hexagon arch, a white photo backdrop, a neon sign, a love sign, a honeymoon cabin, a rental suite for a family and/or guests, extra time, and a full day rehearsal day.

There is a campground right across the road from the venue for tents, trailers, or RV's. There is also a rental suite on-site, often used by the bride the night before and family the day of. A neighbour less than a minute down the road, has a large cabin with two queen beds and a large outdoor deck. Then for those who want modern amenities such as a hotel with waterslides and swimming pools, there are numerous options to chose from ranging from 20 - 30 min away depending on which direction they prefer to go after the wedding.

With our unique transparent tent, included is ceiling fabric drapery, dimmable chandeliers, mini lights, harvest tables and wooden cross back chairs, sound system and mics, fans for hot days, and personalize table layout options.

This modern building connected to the reception tent was created with our caterers in mind. With a seperate back entrance to a food prep area, they can set up out of view. Their buffet serving tables can be set up in the main room (with tables we provide). The in and out doors between the tent and this building keeps the flow of service organized and eliminates quest distraction while caterers set up, take down and clean up. This area includes full service accessible washrooms, fridge, bar, ATM, TV for slideshows and separate vendor entrance.

Pine and Pond provides pro-serve certified professional bartenders as well as buss staff who ensure your tables don't get cluttered with empty glasses as the celebration progresses into the night. We also provide unlimited pop, juice, water, ice, and glassware. We also provide a bar float in the event you wish to sell drinks at a price that you determine, as well as tickets if you wish to have a "ticket bar." We partner with a nearby liquor store who will sell you liquor at a discounted price and we will go pick up your liquor on your behalf and also look after returning any unopened liquor. This partnering store will also not charge you up front. They will wait and only charge you for what your event actually consumes, saving you money and making everything related to your bar super convenient.
