Fun Outdoor Function Spaces at Maple Meadows Farm
The farm provides a perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony, surrounded by lush gardens and a horse pasture. Maple trees provide shade and complete this gorgeous natural setting.
Conveniently, the venue has two rustic arbours for your ceremony. In case of rain, the farm provides a lovely indoor reception in a dedicated rustic room.
The courtyard is a shaded area adjacent to the barn that your guests can use to relax and mingle while you take gorgeous wedding photos after the ceremony. Furthermore, the farm has a few horses and a little pony greeting guests and posing for unique pictures.

Maple Meadows Farm has a spacious barn accommodating up to 200 guests and supporting various floor plans. The barn has a range of practical and luxury amenities for memorable weddings:

Laurie and Brian are both incredible people, who were so helpful and lovely to work with. From making our flowers for the wedding while listening to country music, to decorating the barn, to the actual wedding day - it was an absolute delight and pleasure to be able to share it with this amazing couple and venue. We had our wedding at Maple Meadows on June 22nd and had such an amazing time from start to finish! Laurie and Brian are both incredible people, who were so helpful and lovely to work with. As a professional wedding photographer of 15+ years with @theloverlyco I have been documenting weddings at Maple Meadows since 2016, before they hosted wedding in their stunning barn. It amazes me how much they enhance the property and offerings each year. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
This is a really hard question to answer. In all honesty there are very few weddings here that do not have some element of wonder and beauty all their own. Our favourites are the weddings that the couple, wedding party and guest all seem to be having the time of their lives. That can range from a spectacular black tie affair to casual shorts and bouncy castle for the kids. Our aim is to help couples to create the day of their dreams.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Perhaps the best advice is the trifecta...1. Can you imagine your ceremony, photos and celebration at the venue? 2. Can you imagine your family and friends enjoying the celebration in this enviroment? and lastly ...3. Does the venue fit your finacial budget? This way "the day" is the first step to a relaxed and confident future together.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Because we create many of the bouquets with our wedding parties, the addition of a momento of loved ones that could not be present, pinned on the bouquet. It is so very meaningful. The other, is table numbers that have photos of the couple at various times or of places they have been together that are special.

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We have had many wonderful guests from all over the world. An actress, a new annoucer from England, womens hockey coach ect. We want each couple and guest to feel like they mater as much or more than perceived celebrities.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The venue is a heritage 1840,s hand built barn that sits on incredible landscaped grounds on a 65 acres of organic farm.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Our farm has brought joy to so many couples celebrating their love with family and friends. There is such a wonderful satisfaction in having couples express their heartfelt thanks for creating a space for their dream wedding.
