Kinloch Grove Outdoor Wedding Venue Capacity Kinloch Grove tent can host weddings of up to 150 people. The spacious tent can be used with different table layouts and has 360-degree access. It is equipped with banquet tables, white chiavari chairs, a bar, fridges, and water coolers and includes a kitchen prep area with extra tables. Allie is professional, helpful, creative and accommodating. The grounds & tent structure are immaculately kept and all indoor structures were clean. Allie worked alongside all of our vendors and coordinated our wedding, perfectly. From touring the grounds to the last dance of the evening, we felt completely satisfied and proud that our guests could enjoy the hospitality of Kinloch Grove xCouldn't have asked for a more lovely wedding venue experience than what we experienced at Kinloch Grove. Allie is a joy to work with and she has created a STUNNING venue, inspired by her own search for a wedding venue. Hers was the first wedding at Kinloch, so, engaged couples, she knows what it's like to be in your shoes and she is ready to help make your dream wedding a reality!I was honored to capture Kinloch Grove's open house in September 2019 and I have to say that it is an amazing venue that you need to check out! The ceremony space is perfectly tucked into nature. The clear tent and walkway at night are romantic with those lights. The bridal chalet was cozy and able to host my 4 bridesmaids, MOB, make-up & hair with ease. There were so many photo opportunities on-site and nearby off-site. Not to mention, working with Allie was an absolute breeze. She wants nothing but perfection for your big day, I highly recommend this wedding venue! Why you might ask ? because it is such a fun location!!! ( and of course the lovely owner Allie!!) but seriously there are so many photo opportunities!!! the venue is gorgeous and the clear tent always makes for fantastic reception lighting! I love adventure and outdoorsy photos so this is always right up my alley. I also love making the trip to get some of those beach/pier photos if you get married here make that a MUST in your itinerary. One of my favourite venues to shoot at! Why you might ask ? because it is such a fun location!!! From the first contact to pick-up the Camper, the owner was absolutely amazing. She assisted in finding the perfect spot to put the Camper. The staff is exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The venue itself is magical, especially at night. This venue is top shelf! Can not say enough good things about it!! Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
I'm biased, but Kinloch Grove started with our wedding in mind and it was incredible. Now having experienced walking the grounds as a Bride, a guest and an owner I have a wealth of knowledge I can bestow on the next summer of newly engaged couples!

Write out your priorities - if you don't stand for anything you'll fall for everything!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
I love the new audio phones as guest books, but I also saw quilt squares as the guestbook and they were to be sewn together at a later date.
