The setting could not have been more beautiful with the fall colours, hilltop ceremony site and stunning Alpine Room. The venue ticked off a lot of important factors for us: beautiful setting, accommodations & parking onsite, delicious food & reasonable pricing for the package. The real selling point for us though, was Sarah, the wedding & event manager. She was so accommodating and always went the extra mile to get us what we wanted.We had our wedding at Horseshoe this past October. Dawn was very helpful during the entire process and made sure the day ran smoothly with minimal hiccups! The dinner was hot and tasty and the banquet manager John made sure everyone was looked after. My guests who stayed at the resort had nothing but great things to say about it. Overall, I would recommend this venue for anyone having a wedding, especially with guests who are visiting from out of town. We just had our wedding at Horseshoe Resort and it was spectacular. Dawn was very helpful during the entire process and made sure the day ran smoothly with minimal hiccups! The dinner was hot and tasty and the banquet manager John made sure everyone was looked after. My guests who stayed at the resort had nothing but great things to say about it. It is amazing if you want a one stop shop. Dawn the wedding coordinator was the best and so happy to give us lots of options. Would highly recommend having an event here. It was absolutely perfect. Dawn, the wedding coordinator, was just incredible. So organized and calm - she really made us feel so comfortable and ready for the day. Anytime we would discuss details, she was so positive and reassuring - something so valuable during the uncertainty of COVID. We had a small, COVID safe, 10 person wedding, but we wouldn't have changed anything. It has been a month since our wedding/stay at Horseshoe and we still catch ourselves smiling and thinking about our day. It was absolutely perfect. Dawn, the wedding coordinator, was just incredible. So organized and calm - she really made us feel so comfortable and ready for the day.
