Holiday Inn Express & Suites Windsor East - Lakeshore, an IHG Hotel

My girlfriend and I booked a room here for a couple days for a friend's wedding. The service was streamlined and seamless. After checking in, we made our way to the room and found it to be exceptionally clean. Gabby was our cleaning tech and you can see she has a keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail. Breakfast was a highlight with multiple breakfast staples cooked perfectly. They even had a pancake machine!

Would recommend to anybody good clean motel everybody was friendly good breakfast variety. Stayed for a wedding worked out perfect. Staff was very helpful And courteous.

I can't say enough amazing things about this hotel, its management and entire team, and the seriously clean and welcoming hotel. We booked our wedding hotel room block with them, and they were incredibly accommodating as our guest list grew and we surpassed the number of rooms. Of all wedding vendors we worked with, Heather at the Holiday Inn was by far the most pleasant and accommodating. Even more importantly, our guests RAVED about the hotel throughout the weekend and most family agreed

We stayed 3 nights for our daughter's wedding and the hotel was extremely clean and quiet and the staff was helpful and friendly. It helped make the weekend a very enjoyable one. We will happily recommend this hotel!

Even though we live local as the bride and groom we chose to stay at the hotel the night of our wedding. Some of our out of town guests stayed as well. Everything was very clean, bed was comfortable, and hotel staff were most helpful
