Holiday Inn Express - Sault Ste. Marie, an IHG Hotel

On a cross-country trip, had to stay 3 nights instead of one due to car trouble. But, DANIELLE took great care of us, kept us in the same room at the same rate, and reassured us staying longer if necessary would not be a problem! Cannot explain how much we appreciated that one less thing to worry about! Thank you!

Here for a week of work in the frozen tundra. This has to be one of the best hotels in the IHG family of Express locations. I am a Diamond member and spend a third of each year in a Holiday Inn property. I have to say Jamie is by far the best employee they have followed by Kevin. Jamie has made my stay here one of the best ever. Upgrade to suite, constantly calling to make sure everything is perfect, the happiest face and personality. Everyone here deserves praise. Thank you all.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this location twice in the last month. On both occasions, my stay was exceptional. I was greeted by Jamie and Jasmine at the front counter. They were able to handle my checking in quickly, and were extremely helpful in recommending a place to eat that night. The room was immaculate, air conditioner on, and ready for guests. It is quiet by the hotel, and there is security in the parking lot all night. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're in town!
