The staff went out of their way to help the bridal party. Very polite and professional.

Such a wonderful place to stay! We paid for a loft suite and it was BEAUTIFUL! Room was clean, staff were very friendly and the Chilli's inside the hotel was delicious and had a great complimentary breakfast menu - highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was fantastic! It is soo cute with a ton of awesome interior design details. The rooms are very cozy and well kept, reception is nice, and the hot pool was INCREDIBLE. wow. There aren't any fridges in the standard rooms and there's no AC, but there was a fan in the closet and since it's autumn the temperature wasn't bad at all. Would highly recommend staying here even if it's just for the hot pool because that was easily the coolest pool I've ever been to!

We had a wonderful stay at Fox Hotel & Suites in Banff. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. We especially loved the two-story room concept, which provided plenty of space and a unique layout. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a microwave, toaster, and more. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience.

EDIT: all of the room opinions below reflect a standard room. If you are thinking of choosing the cheaper options here, it’s not worth it. If you are willing to pay the premium for the loft and suites, you’re going to have a much better time. Our bathroom fan vent worked, ventilation exists, and there is an ac unit to cool down. I think this place is skating by on influencer referrals and hot tub gimmick. There are a few items that looks like they added it for the sake of checking off a box.
