Great customer service at the front desk with The staff. Very friendly and happy to serve you. I stayed for work. Pizza shop beside and a Burrito Boys Very accommodating.

Great place. The staff goes out of your way to help you. As friendly as everyone is in Barrie. The best hotel in Barrie hands down and the front staff is doing a great job. Rooms are decent, you won’t find better rooms in Barrie at least.

Always my favorite place to stay when working in Barrie. The staff are some of the friendliest I've met, all the way from the front desk to the cleaning staff, they all smile and say hello and ask how you're doing. Very good breakfast included with the stay which is a big perk. Nice to have a gym (and pool), 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a good selection of free weights with a bench. Would be great to have a pulley machine in the gym and a spot to charge EVs outside...

This hotel was a delightful surprise. I normally dread Fairfield Inns because they’re all so generic and limited in service. But this hotel was an unexpected but pleasant surprise, primarily because of how kind the staff were and how much they worked hard to go above and beyond for me. My room was clean and had a lovely layout. I did encounter some issues with the shower not turning on but the front desk agent came up himself and worked to get it back into a usable state...
