“The EXchange Hotel” is a fantastic place“The EXchange Hotel” is a fantastic place
One of the finest hotels we stayed so far (and we travel A LOT!!) Impeccable service! The staff (all of them!): Super friendly, nice to talk to, a charming approach to guests! The room: Spotlessly clean, great atmosphere, nice design, great features - a room to really feel comfortable in! The location: In the heart of Vancouver! Everything is in walking distance. “The EXchange Hotel” is a fantastic place if you wanna visit Vancouver!One of the finest hotels we stayed so far (and we travel A LOT!!) Impeccable service! This was my fourth of fifth time staying here, this time with my wife for a weekend. The staff is kind and gracious, I needed an iron and ironing board and they had it brought up in only a few minutes. This time I was in a Deluxe King Room which was a bit small. In the past I have booked the Superior King which was much larger so keep in mind how large a room you want, price isn't much different between the two in my experience...This was my fourth of fifth time staying here, this time with my wife for a weekend. The staff is kind and gracious, I needed an iron and ironing board and they had it brought up in only a few minutes. This time I was in a Deluxe King Room which was a bit small. Our stay at the Exchange Hotel in Vancouver was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly exceptional. We had mentioned that it was my wife's birthday weekend, and the hotel staff took it upon themselves to turn our stay into something unforgettable. They surprised us by upgrading our room and adding thoughtful decorations, complete with rose petals, a bottle of champagne, and a delicious birthday cake...Our stay at the Exchange Hotel in Vancouver was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly exceptional. We had mentioned that it was my wife's birthday weekend, and the hotel staff took it upon themselves to turn our stay into something unforgettable. They surprised us by upgrading our room and adding thoughtful decorations, complete with rose petals, a bottle of champagne, and a delicious birthday cake...

Very good hotel. Very friendly service, concierge, room service, reception staff, all great. Very good and central location. The only thing is storage in the rooms, when you travel with a family of four, it is hard to find space for everything, even though the rooms are big enough to have a drawer or similar. Very beautiful hotel with a rich history. The hotel is very modern on the inside incorporating latest technology. Staff from front door to room service is very polite and respectful. I had a stay in room 715, was a very clean and tidy room. The stay was enjoyable, staff also presented us with bottle of wine and chocolates to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Also a delight is having access to the Lindor chocolate shop. Location of the hotel is very good, easy walk to restraints, shops...Very beautiful hotel with a rich history.
