The desk lady Ragni kindly let me stay at the lobby for a couple of hours while I was waiting for my ride. Even thought I was not staying there she was kind enough to let me stay at the lobby and extremely hospitable. I really her kindness and it reflects the great customer service of their clients. Even though I did not stay at your hotel I was kindly treated with this hospitality which I will always remember as a great memory.I was with my colleague who stayed there 2 weeks ago. The colleague I traveled with had mobility needs. The staff went over and above to accommodate us and our needs. We were treated exceptionally well. The meals for the convention were similar caliber to what you would expect at a quality restaurant. Tasty, homemade food was served. The convention hall more than met our needs.
