Energetic Executive Chef John Cordeaux has led the Culinary Team at Ontario’s largest First Nations Casino since 2015; Casino Rama Resort. Starting out many years ago as Chef de Partie in Sheffield, England with stops along the way in Vail, Colorado, Turnberry, Scotland, Dubai; Chicago and the list goes on; a sparkling 27year career that has carried him around the world before laying down roots in Orillia, Ontario.
Born in England, Chef Cordeaux is a very prominent figure in the hospitality industry, catering events such as on the top of Mont Tremblant (3000 ft.) for 2500 people to personally cooking for Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip in 2002.
