I book groups regularly, so am very accustomed to working with hotels. Vicky was an absolute pleasure to work with, it was another level of customer service that is almost unheard of in these times. She is personable, passionate about her work, and a stellar hospitality professional. I would not hesitate to recommend.

This is one of the best hotels

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!!! Crystal the front desk worker was amazing.. she went above and beyond for me!!! There was another worker that was not as friendly.. he kinda put a damper on the whole experience! Besides him, all staff were excellent!! The rooms were awesome… and the morning breakfast was delicious!! I would definitely stay there again ♥️

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

My fave hotel in town. I like that the main floor rooms have their own access doors to outside parking. The pool, hot tub, waterside is great for families. The hot continental breakfast is great and offers a few delicious options. My favorite thing is the free games room for kids. My son loves it and keeps him busy for long periods.The rooms are updated, nice,clean and the kitchenette suites are excellent for families staying longer periods.Their is a workout room/gym open 24 hrs for guests...

everything was absolutely perfect

We could not be more pleased with this establishment. We held our daughters Bridal Shower in the conference room, and everything was absolutely perfect.
