Canalta Lodge

I've had the pleasure of staying at the Canalta Lodge over a dozen times, each time I come, I feel like I'm home. This is the BEST place in Banff to stay. I even stayed during our Wedding week for my husband and I to get ready and do a mini honeymoon. This hotel has outdoor hydrotherapy and breakfast included in your stay, which really sets this place apart from the rest. Oh and your dogs can stay too!

My Family and I stayed here the night before my wedding day. It has been an easy check-in and friendly staff. Jordan is very helpful and they have given us treats in our room upon arriving. I requested if they can check us out late (I'm willing to pay the extra charge whenever) because we needed a room after the wedding and they said yes to that request with no charge at all.

Recently stayed at The Canalta for my wedding in March. Most of my wedding guest also stayed here. Rooms 8/10- they don't have any center lights in the room on ceiling which made makeup hard to do for wedding day, not the most realistic for getting ready when the sun goes down as well but otherwise, rooms are good.

My Fiancé and I were looking into accommodations for our upcoming wedding. Thus far from a group booking standpoint it has been an efficient and pleasant experience. Craig has been a dream to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, quick to respond and is truly an asset to the Canalta Group. We also decided to do a scouting trip after our call with Craig to ensure that the Canalta had the over all experience that we were hoping to have for our guests.
