- SSandra Amaya24/01/2024The location is great!The location is great!The room was very comfortable, just a couple of details, first day the linens or covers of the bed had hairs, same as the towel and the shower, the next days had no problems. I had to ask for a bottle of water everyday, cause I had none in my room. And my friend who made the reservation, got a double charge, later on, the personal from the front desk apologize and solved the problem. Valet service was fantastic - you drive up and staff take care of you from the moment you step out of your car. Check in was a breeze, our room was right near the elevator so we worried about noise but it was quiet. Cool view of the Tower from our room. Restaurants on site were too expensive but we found a great place nearby and followed dinner with a walk through the pedestrian mall/market and took in the sChose this location for easy access to the Calgary Tower and downtown shops/restaurants. Special mention and commendation to Shaquille and Kesha. Our wedding ceremony is in the morning, and we were a bit stressed because we need to rush back to the hotel for check-out. But Shaquille came to the rescue and gave us a late check out which is very, very helpful for us. We did not have to rush our wedding ceremony!
