You can clearly see that the staff is working hard to Keep this big place super clean. The catering service was ok. Food was good but you expect a little bit more for that kind of hotel. Parking space is safe and you have enough for 200 vehicles at least. Do I recommend this place for your weddings, office party or conferences? Yes.Went there for a Christmas party. I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel once again (twice in the last 2 months), once on a business shoot here in Calgary and most recently on a nice vacation with my family. The customer service is perfect. Their number one priority to the comfort and happiness of their guests, and it shows. As a Professional Wedding Photographer who travel extensively all over the world, and an ex-airline pilot of 20 years, I have stayed in many hotels. I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel once again (twice in the last 2 months), once on a business shoot here in Calgary and most recently on a nice vacation with my family. The customer service is perfect. Their number one priority to the comfort and happiness of their guests, and it shows.

Our event coordinator, Jessica, was an amazing person to work with and ensured all our needs were met throughout the process. Their Premier room boasts a huge parking lot right next to it and is highly customizable. They offer affordable packages and have a variety of cuisines available for their catering, including halal options.Can't recommend this place enough for hosting your wedding or any other function at one of their halls. Our wedding date has been pushed a couple of times and ended up doing our wedding on June 25,2022. From the planning, to the menu, arranging and helping to set up the venue, to accommodating our request of food and alcoholic beverages, to our suites for our family, to setting up and taking down decorations on the Horizons, Best Western has been everything but perfect.
