Our venue has 6 spacious bedrooms, one of them is the honeymoon suite, with an on suite bathroom. We have 3 king size beds, 2 queen sized beds and 1 room with 2 single beds. Most rooms have their own vanity sinks for your convenience. All linens and toiletries are included.
For a seated meal only, within our building, we can accommodate up to 75 guests, with no dance floor.
If you require a dance floor, we can sit up to 55 guests with a dance floor 13'x16'.
To accommodate a group of approximately 130 guests, we can explore the option of adding an outdoor tent to expand the available event space. This setup would provide the flexibility to design the layout according to your needs, whether you prefer to include seating areas with chairs and tables, an open dance floor, or a combination of both. Once the tent is confirmed, you will have the opportunity to decide how the space is arranged to best suit the flow and style of your event.
Yes, at our facility you have two options for the bride to get ready. On the main floor, we offer a large dressing room with a private bathroom.
The second option is our Honeymoon Suite—our largest bedroom—located on the second floor. It features an ensuite connected to the main bathroom, giving you the convenience of a spacious room and the privacy of not having to step into the hallway while getting ready.

We can host small, intimate weddings, with the added convenience of on-site accommodations in our six bedrooms. A full kitchen is available for preparing your own meals or for use by the caterer of your choice.
With the addition of a 20' x 40' or 30' x 60' tent, we can accommodate up to 130 guests, including a sit-down meal and a spacious dance floor.
The entire building is yours from Friday at 8 a.m. until Sunday at 5 p.m. (Hours may vary depending on events scheduled before or after your booking.)
You’re welcome to arrive early on Friday to set up the hall exactly the way you want, including decorations, tables, chairs, and more.
If you would like to stay on Sunday to open gifts, we can discuss arranging a Monday checkout. We’re flexible and happy to accommodate when possible.
Yes, we have access to a wedding planner. She is a freelance professional with over two years of experience and has coordinated numerous weddings during that time.
We can arrange an introduction so you can discuss planning, execution, and pricing directly with her. She’s dedicated to providing a worry-free wedding day by handling all the small details, allowing you to relax and enjoy your celebration. Testimonials and references are available upon request
We do not currently offer in-house catering, and you are welcome to bring your own at no extra charge. If you’re not familiar with local options, we also have a list of trusted catering companies that can provide excellent service for your wedding.
We currently do not offer bar service, and yes—you are welcome to bring your own.
However, if you require a staffed bar service, this is something we can arrange for you upon request.
Our venue is dedicated to your wedding only, so there is no other event during your stay at the Retreat.
