Valeria was my sales rep, but she was way more than that. She made sure every detail was perfect, no fee was hidden, she always followed up to make sure I was happy, even when she was on maternity leave!! She is an absolute gem and Ascott Parc is so lucky to have such a dedicated worker who truly cares about their clients. Praveen is also amazing. He made sure the hall was set up perfectly, the drinks were amazing.The experience from the second I inquired, to the end of my wedding were perfect. Raj and Praveen are professional, very helpful and accommodating, so easy to work with and they made sure that we had a stress free wedding day event. Everything was smooth since day one until the wedding day. The food was excellent, the open bar was incredible, the venue was beautiful and the staffs were friendly and professional. Words cannot thank them enough for all that they have done for us .We had a perfect wedding ceremony and reception experience at Ascott Parc Event Centre. Raj and Praveen are professional, very helpful and accommodating, so easy to work with and they made sure that we had a stress free wedding day event. Conveniently, there was ample parking available for guests, which is always a plus. The lighting outside is gorgeous and its magical in the late afternoon, perfect for dreamy photos. The chandeliers and tall ceilings add a touch of elegance and glam, which looks awesome in photos!
