Absolute paradise! Great beach! Lyric and Vanessa at the front desk were so kind and helpful! Room service is great quality as is all the food on property. Also there’s a black cat we call chip due to a chip in her ear , if you see her give her love as she’s the sweetest. We went to Atlantis with our kids in December 2022. We stayed in reef wing. The room was great, spacious and clean. The hotel itself was so nicely decorated. Lots of different wings with different themes to walk around in. Great shuttle service to get around because this place was huge! Kids loved the dig as did we.The restaurant choices were great too. Biggest hit was the water park. My son keeps saying it was the best holiday he has ever had! We loved watching the cruise ships come into...We went to Atlantis with our kids in December 2022. We stayed in reef wing. The room was great, spacious and clean. The hotel itself was so nicely decorated. Lots of different wings with different themes to walk around in. The Reef hotel in the Atlantis was very nice. Our room was very nice, clean comfortable and great view of the harbor. All of the help was very very friendly 🌴🌞😄😄 We could see the beach shore and watch the ships coming and going and see the smaller boats too. We thought we heard seals in the morning but couldn’t confirm it. There was Starbucks in the lobby. That the only restaurant in the Reef. They have a convenient store also. The beach was right there 1 minute walk outside the back door...The Reef hotel in the Atlantis was very nice. Our room was very nice, clean comfortable and great view of the harbor. All of the help was very very friendly 🌴🌞😄😄 We could see the beach shore and watch the ships coming and going and see the smaller boats too. Booked a deluxe suite at the Reef with the half ocean/half harbor view which was fantastic, and I highly recommend. Our suite was big, had a fully equipped kitchen, and had nice, tasteful decor. Loved the long, outdoor balcony which spanned both the living room as well as the bedroom. Loved that there were 2 separate bathrooms with 2 separate showers. The main bathroom was huge, immaculately clean, and had a separate make-up table which my wife loved.Service at the Atlantis is superb as usual...Booked a deluxe suite at the Reef with the half ocean/half harbor view which was fantastic, and I highly recommend.
