the atmosphere is very cozy.

I spent two days at the hotel for work. Apart from the air conditioning, which doesn't get very cold, the atmosphere is very cozy. Very polite, receptive and helpful staff. Very complete breakfast. Regarding dinner: the best dinner I've ever had in all the hotels in my life. From Chapecó to Itajaí, from Floripa to Criciúma, the best Stroganoff and the best pasta with cream sauce with broccoli of my life. My only sadness is that I left without trying the gorgonzola risotto hahaha.

fast and agile service

I'm Hugo Souza. I have a work trip scheduled with my team to Orleans and I'm staying at Real NOB. We had a problem with one of our employees who left the company before the trip. As I had already made the reservation and paid the deposit, I had to exclude the name of this employee from the reservation.
