Weddings The tans will fade, but the memories will last forever Getting married in Barbados is as simple as saying ‘I Do’. There is no waiting period or minimum length of stay required. Application for a marriage license must be made in person, by both parties, at the Ministry of Home Affairs with the required documents. No more than one wedding per day, and two weddings per week are hosted at The Sands Barbados. Weddings are facilitated between Mondays and Fridays only. A spectacular 7 day experience. Service was friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and lovely. Comfortable, cool, and clean! Beautiful decor. The pool and beach were amazing. We had the pleasure of spending a week vacation with our twins (Niko&Kate) at the Sands Barbados. The Sands staff were amazing professional and so caring definitely made our vacation one to remember. Food was excellent and sooo many choices daily. This resort is very family friendly specially with smaller kids.We had the pleasure of spending a week vacation with our twins (Niko&Kate) at the Sands Barbados. Hotel great, good rooms plenty of space. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and there is nothing too much trouble. Food no issues loads of choice and plentiful. The sands is an absolutely beautiful hotel. We spent our honeymoon with them after over a year of delays due to Covid and it was totally worth the wait. Our room was 2 floors, with a living room area downstairs and a terrace then a bedroom and bathroom upstairs with a balcony. The pool area is lovely and the beach is beautiful and just a stones throw from the pool. the staff were amazing, nothing was too much for them.
