Do you have a wet weather plan?
Yes, we always provide a wet weather alternative to ensure your day runs smoothly regardless of conditions - with options being discuss with you in advance.
Do you provide any styling or decor?
We supply all essentials for your receptions - tables, chairs, linen, tableware and glassware. We do not offer styling services however couples are welcome to bring in their own decor items or engage a professional stylist. Our team is happy to recommend trusted suppliers who know the venue well.
What time can our wedding run until?
Our venue is licensed until 12am (midnight) with last drinks called shortly beforehand. This allows your celebration to run late into the evening while ensuring a smooth conclusion. Extensions beyond this time are not available due to licensing requirements.
Can we reserve accommodation for our guests?
Yes. We can hold a block booking of our villas exclusively for your wedding party and guests. Unconfirmed rooms are released 7 days before the wedding. Additional nearby accommodation is also available.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Absolutely. While we have a listed of trusted suppliers who know our venue, you are welcome to bring your own florists, photographers, stylists or entertainment. We just ask they hold relevant insurances and abide by our venue guidelines.
Can we customise our menu?
Yes. Our Head Chef can tailor a menu to your style. You will also have a menu tasting 2-3 months before your wedding to finalise choices. Custom menus may incur an additional fee.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-friendly meals. Final dietary information is required 30 days before your wedding.
When do we need to finalise guest numbers and details?
Your Wedding Details Form is due 30 days before your wedding, including guest numbers, menu, dietary needs, timeline and key details.
