I stayed in a queen bed room at the Travelodge HSA last night and cannot recommend it highly enough. It was sublime and incredibly reasonably priced. The customer service was very good and the room was IMPECCABLY clean. Good on you to housekeeping! Other pros: the room was definitely bigger than I was expecting and had enough room for a table and chairs for two people, the windows opened (always a plus!
The rooms were nice and clean but I have to say the service was terrible. The receptionist on duty kept saying I must use some QR code which did not exist to order my lunch. For over an hour I went back and forth asking her to send one of her staff to assist me as I could not find the QR code which was supposed to be in the fridge. This is information was not given to me when I first checked in and was only given to me when I needed to order lunch before catching my flight.
