Olive Grove's dedicated event team offers bespoke, all-inclusive wedding packages and year-round venue hire.
The selection of dining options at Olive Grove includes everything from canapé service to delectable, formal, multiple-course seated meals. Curated beverage packages contain a list of drinks best paired with your food.
Spaces for your reception at Olive Grove:
- The Captain's Table: Bright space with functional bar and intimate atmosphere, dimmable lights and Wi-Fi; available for daytime and nighttime receptions on different weekdays; capacity: 10 – 50 seated guests, 70 standing people.
- The Grand Ballroom: Hamptons-style venue with old-world luxury charm and sophisticated décor; capacity: 40 – 150 seated guests, 200 people for a cocktail reception.
Wedding Packages at Olive Grove
If you prefer to exchange vows on-site, sign up for a ceremony package with the following inclusions:
- Private use of the gardens and courtyard for two hours
- AV power
- 50 chairs
- Signing table
- Hydration station and Post-ceremony beverages with a bar tab
- Complimentary outdoor bar hire
You can upgrade with lawn games, a champagne tower and a cocktail station.
Olive Grove wedding packages covering the ceremony and reception ensure great value for the money. Choose between:
- Winter and January Wedding Special, from June to August, minimum 60 guests: Discounted venue hire, ceremony area, canapés and beverages, 2-course meal, 5-hour beverage package, cake cutting and plating, table setting, one-night accommodation - From $9,500 for 60 guests
- Micro Wedding: Courtyard ceremony and canapés and drinks, reception at the Captain's Table, wedding cake, 4-hour beverage package, table setting, one-night accommodation - From $5,000 for 20 guests
- Small Wedding Special, 50 guests: Private use of the Ballroom and courtyard for ceremony, canapés and drinks, 2-course meal, wedding cake, 5-hour beverage package, tea and coffee station, table setting, one-night accommodation - From $11,000 for 50 guests
- Ultimate Wedding Package: All-inclusive service covering venue hire for ceremony, reception, canapés, 2 course meal, 4-5 hour beverage package, wedding cake, live musician and wedding photography - From $8,000 for 20 guests or $15,000 for 50 guests.
