Salisbury Hotel Motel

This is a small, intimate hotel which is always a reliable pleasant place to eat a quiet meal or hold events. I booked a Birthday lunch for 25 people. The restaurant manager & staff went out of their way to make our event special. The service was fantastic & every guest loved the food. Several family members & friends have intolerances &/or allergies & there is a wonderful range of menu items to choose from that cater for these needs. Everyone commented on the size & quality of the food.

I have come to Salisbury hotel heaps of times and it has always been great. But tonight I really wanted to make a note of the staff. Tess, the new bistro manager, was so lovely and kind. She was very thoughtful and frequently did small things that others might not notice but I noticed, and it was super appreciated. From turning on the claw machine my nephew's were trying to play on, to bringing out colouring books, to topping up a wine glass because the bottle was nearly empty.
