This unusual wedding venue in Perth doesn’t allow BYO food and beverages policy and works exclusively with renowned local caterer Ultimo. This catering company provides personalised wedding menus in coordination with experienced chefs.

Sample seated menu by Ultimo includes:

• Plated menu: Hot and cold entrée, gourmet main and decadent dessert, offering modern and native Australian food with Italian and Spanish influences
• Shared: Globally-inspired shared sides and salads, emphasizing fresh vegetables, herbs, and diverse flavours, followed by a selection of individual or grazing-style desserts
• Buffet: Flexible selection of mains, entrees, salads, desserts and interactive meat carving stations

The cocktail catering package is designed for a minimum of three hours of service, delivering 2 cold and 4 hot canapés per person and upgrades. For receptions longer than 4 hours, Ultimo delivers 6 canapés and 2 substantial mains.

All beverages are provided by Ultimo, as part of convenient beverage packages lasting 2 to 6 hours. Packages feature a variety of wines and beers, soft drinks and options to upgrade the service with gin and tonic and cocktail bar.
